Shipping policy

 

When will my order ship?

Every order is carefully packed and sent out from our studio in the Cotswolds to ensure maximum freshness and efficacy. Packages typically ship within 1-2 business days.

Orders placed after 12pm on Fridays are usually processed the following Monday. Special Delivery orders must be placed before 12pm to qualify for next day delivery (excludes weekends and bank holidays).

 

What are your shipping options?

We offer free standard shipping (2-4 business days) on all orders over £25 in the UK. Shipping for orders under the qualifying amount will be charged at £3.20.

We also offer Special Delivery in the UK (1 business day) in case you need it sooner – the cost of this is £8.95. Please note that orders need to be placed before 12pm to qualify for next day delivery. This excludes weekends and bank holidays.

International orders are sent out on an International Tracked service at the following rates and we aim to deliver to you within 5-7 working days:

  • Europe - £10.95
  • USA & Canada - £12.95
  • Rest of World - £16.95

Please note that international orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by your destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the purchaser and are not included in the cost of our international shipping.

 

When do I need to order by to ensure I receive my products by Christmas?

We’re committed to getting your packages quickly and safely out the door to you, however, we know there’s likely be an even bigger flurry of Christmas presents going through the postal service this Christmas so we recommend finishing your gift shopping a little earlier this year!

Below are our shipping cut-off dates to help you out:

UK Standard (2-4 business days): Order by Thursday 17th December

UK Special Delivery (1 business day): Order by 12pm Tuesday 22nd December

International: Order by Sunday 13th December

 

Will COVID-19 affect the shipment of my order?

We’re committed to getting all orders quickly and safely out the door to you, however, some couriers are experiencing delays so your order may take a little longer to get to you. We appreciate your support and patience and hope you think it’s worth the wait!
