We want you to love every element of your Therapi Honey Skincare experience, and as an independent family-owned company, we’re committed to giving you only the best customer service.

We always welcome the opportunity to work alongside you to find the perfect skincare product(s) that meet your unique skin needs. If you are unsure about which products will be best for you then please email us at buzz@therapi.com or contact us via the chat function and we will be happy to help!

If you have already made a purchase and desire a return, we'll make the process as easy as possible. Once your return is authorised, you'll receive simple step-by-step instructions and a shipping label if required via email.

 

How do I return an item?

We hope you are always happy with your purchase, however, if you are not completely satisfied, please contact us at buzz@therapi.com within 30 days of receiving your product(s) to arrange a refund or exchange. In the email please quote your order number and reason for return so we can process your return as quickly as possible.

If a return of physical goods is required, you'll be provided with a return label and your refund/ exchange will be processed following delivery of your package to our studio. If you desire a refund, this will be made via the original payment method, no later than 14 working days after we have received your return.

Please note, shipping charges, customs fees and taxes are not eligible for refund. Gift wrapping services are also non-refundable.

If your order value after returning your items no longer qualifies for free shipping, delivery charges will be deducted from your refund. Likewise, if a discount voucher was used and your order no longer qualifies, we will deduct the voucher value from your refund.

 

What items are returnable?

Our complete collection is returnable. Products purchased as part of a set will need to be returned as a complete set unless otherwise agreed.

Orders placed during gifting promotions where free product was received with a qualifying value purchase will also need to return the promotional gift if your order no longer qualifies.

Please note that only products purchased at therapi.com are valid for a refund or exchange. We cannot process a return for products purchased through a retail partner.

 

Are any items non-refundable? 

Our digital gift card is not eligible for return. Items purchased outside of 30 days, from date of delivery.

Do you accept international returns?

 Yes, we want you to be delighted with your experience no matter where you live in the world. If you are an international customer seeking a return, please email us at buzz@therapi.com to arrange this. Please note that international shipping charges, customs fees, and taxes are not eligible for refund.

 

Need to cancel or change an order that hasn't shipped yet?

If your order hasn't left our studio yet and you need to cancel or make a change to it, please email us right away at buzz@therapi.com so we can sort it out for you.
